Terms of Service
Effective January 1, 2026. These terms govern all course purchases, access, and participation at ArguVox Institute.
1. Course Access & Enrollment
Upon successful payment, students receive immediate access to purchased debate courses through their personal dashboard. Access remains active for the duration stated at purchase. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
2. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and charged at the time of enrollment. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and PayPal. ArguVox Institute reserves the right to adjust course prices at any time; existing enrollments remain at the rate paid.
3. Refund Policy
Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of course content has been viewed. Requests submitted after this window or after significant progress are not eligible. Contact [email protected] to initiate a refund. All refunds are processed within 10 business days.
4. Acceptable Use & Conduct
Participants must maintain professional standards in all live debates, forums, and submissions. Harassment, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from courses without refund. Students agree to respect intellectual property of all provided materials.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of ArguVox Institute. Students receive a personal, non-transferable license for educational use only. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
ArguVox Institute is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from course participation. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course. We provide no guarantees regarding future career outcomes or certification validity outside our platform.
7. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Current version always supersedes previous versions.
